ABOUT

Our cooking is influenced by the amazing produce Greece has to offer, fusing it with influences of Asia and the Middle East. Our approach is a sharing experience and our dishes are cooked and served to order. We source a lot of our spices from the Khan el-Khalili market in Cairo. Dayboat seafood gets delivered at our doorstep every morning. We use bio Ibérico pigs from the Kermes farm in Ancient Olympia. Our cockerels and eggs come from the Izampo farm in Messinia. Our olive oil is harvested in the village of Gargalianoi.

The Cloud Room is our private space that can hold up to 10 people for private events or parties. During the day it serves as chef’s office and a thinking hub, where he gets inspired surrounded by small-batch ferments, preserves and other experiments. In the Cloud Room the guests can take a look at some chef’s favorite books and memorabilia from his travels! Have the chance to dine and see up close what it is that makes Ex Machina tick.

Minimum spend of 50 euros per person.
